PINK

Pink nació en 1979, hija de de un veterano del Vietnam que le inculcó el amor a la música. Su nombre es Alicia Moore y tomó el nombre artístico de Pink después de ver la película Reservoir Dogs, por Mr Pink .
Su infancia se desarrolló en Filadelfia, y la pasó escuchando a Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Nirvana, Guns N`Roses y otros grupos. Comenzó cantando en un coro de gospel, aunque pronto cambiaría de estilo, uniéndose a un grupo punk.
Pink colaboró haciendo coros en la banda de rap Scratch N' Smoove y pasó por varios grupos de R&B hasta que consiguió firmar su primer contrato a los 16 años con el sello LaFace. Poco después empezaría su carrera en solitario. Su primer álbum fue " Can`t Take Me Home", publicado en el 2000, y le supuso el salto a la fama, consiguiendo un doble disco de platino y tres sencillos en la lista de los Top 10 en Estados Unidos. su segundo álbum, titulado "Missundaztood", el estilo de Pink se acerca más al rock, En el 2003 su tercer trabajo, "Try This" y en 2006 "I'm not dead" .
